Admission Data Form

Every child enrolled at the Capitol School must have an Admission Data Form completed prior to attending classes.

Please download and fill out this form and then return it with your child’s application.

Summer Explorations sessions are arranged by general age/grade and by time.  The age/grade guidelines are flexible. Ask us for details.

Morning Day Camp Sessions begin at 08:00 AM and end at 12:00 PM.
Parents may drop off as early as 07:30 AM (If you need an earlier drop-off time, speak to your morning instructor on the first day to arrange.)

Afternoon Day Camp Sessions begin at 01:00 PM and end at 05:00 PM.

Participants who are attending a morning and an afternoon session on the same day (all day), stay with their morning instructor through lunch, at no additional charge, until their afternoon session begins.

Each 40-hour session costs just $160 – that’s only $4 per hour!  There’s no better place in Tuscaloosa for your child to have an enriching, fun experience under the direction of highly-educated and skilled teachers for such an affordable price!

All participants staying through lunch will need to BRING THEIR OWN LUNCH, as lunch is not provided for Summer Explorations.
