Afternoon Explorations
Families can enroll their elementary-age students in “Afternoon Explorations,” offered from 3:00–5:30 PM, for an additional annual fee of $1,881. More details are available in The Capitol School’s Elementary Contract.
Financial Aid
A limited number of scholarships are available through external organizations. To be eligible, families must meet income requirements and reside in a school district zoned as failing or meet other specified criteria. Please refer to the links here for specific income details and deadlines.
International Students
Over the past 10 years, Capitol School has welcomed students from 77 countries. International students traveling to the US for school are placed with Alabama families, typically with faculty or families already part of our school community. The home-stay cost is $1,200 per month, with options for 5, 10, or 12 months.
